How long we keep information
We will keep the personal data we have collected for tax reasons and other legal obligations within the platforms upon which the booking was made and from time to time in other formats that may be required in order to issue that information to third parties.
The data will be stored securely, either by us or by a third-party organisation, such as with the agents through which the booking has been made.
The data can be accessed if needed by contacting us in writing;
